E30 M3 Twin-screw

Engine/Transmission: Twinscrew Supercharged 1990 BMW M3. We also re wired for an OBD1 conversion. Other parts we used include:

  • JB Racing light weight flywheel
  • Sachs Heavy duty stage 3 clutch
  • B&M short shift kit
  • Active Autowerke twin screw supercharger kit
  • Custom headers, exhaust and other piping built by Arland
  • Custom built aluminum radiator
  • Custom electric fan for better cooling
  • Stewart high flow water pump
  • Custom mounted oil cooler
  • Larger mass air sensor
  • Stock ECU remap


Brakes/ Suspension: For brakes we used Brembo BBK in the front and used the Porsche 996 calipers on the rear with custom brackets and E46 M3 CSL rotors. Stainless steel brake lines and clutch line as well as ATE Super blue racing brake fluid. The suspension is a coilover setup with the FK Silverlines. We also added powerflex control arm, trailing arm and subframe bushings and well as polyurethane rear shock mounts. Also added 22mm adjustable front sway bars and 17mm adjustable rear sway bars.

Details: The car sits on ASA AR1’s 17×8 in the front and 17×9 in the rear with Bridgestone G-Force KDW tires. Front tire size is 225/45/17 and rear size is 245/40/17. The grill in the front has been blacked out and we have smoked all the lights on the exterior. The car has 2 10” JL audio subwoofers, alpine head unit and a viper alarm system.

Currently the car is in stage 2 running 9-10 psi, but we are hoping to bump it up to stage 3 with new cams and methanol injection very soon. Stay tuned…
