I went to Shenies for the first time as I bought a used BMW and the previous owner recommended that I get it serviced at Sheni’s. I went there for an oil change and a 27 point inspection and thinking I might need new tires. The service needed quickly escalated into a much more involved repair including some front end tie rides and bushings that needed to be replaced and repaired. I was disappointed that the car I bought was not in good condition as per the CarFax and service records that came with the vehicle that I purchased but I guess I should be lucky that someone who deals with BMW cars was able to diagnose all the problems, despite the cost and they were able to finish all the work that needed to be done by the end of the day so I didn’t have to make a trip back to them via cab to get the car the next day! Despite the cost of the repairs I am glad that they were able to diagnose these extra repairs that were needed and get it done in a very timely fashion! They just gained a new customer for life! Thanks for your excellent service and your assistance with the extra repairs that were done in a timely manner! I’m definitely going to be using Sheni’s for my future work on my cat and I’m glad, despite the cost, that I took it to them and got as far better quality service as they know how these vehicles work vs an ordinary mechanic shop who would probably not have caught all the repairs needed and then would probably not have the same knowledge as the mechanics at Sheni’s have and that would have been a huge mistake! Sheni’s went above and beyond my expectations. I brought my X5M here for air suspension problems that was previously misdiagnosed by a different shop. And Sheni’s was able to figure out the problem within minutes. Their customer service is top notch and they even washed my car for me which really made me happy because no other shop has done that before. On the way out the owner also introduced himself to us and he’s a great guy and was really polite. I’ll definitely be coming here for all my car needs in the future . All the staff members were great.
