We really like Sheni's. We are now getting both of our bmw's serviced here. They are really passionate about their cars and the preventative focus is great. All of their people have been great even when sometimes the news isn't what you want to hear. Very professional, very knowledgeable and I trust them.

I always have taken all my vehicles to dealerships, until now. I took my 7 series to Sheni's for a repair. In the beginning, I was a bit concerned, never visit a shop that wasn't a Dealership before. Definitely, it was the best advice that I took from my Warranty Company. These guys are great. The staff is very friendly and took the time to explain all the process. They were in contact with me all the time and updating me with the delivery of the parts. They told me 12 days in the shop and my car was perfectly fixed, washed, cleaned and out in 7 days. Drives and feels excellent, haven't had any issues. I definitely recommend Sheni's Auto-Trend to BMW owners and stop paying a crazy amount of $$$ to dealerships.

My initial meeting was with Josef to get my 2003 Z4 in for insurance inspection and he was fantastic explaining what will be done and costing. The inspection was followed up with Zuhair and I was very happy with the report, the knowledge and more overly their appreciation of the costs; would could be done later and what actually needed to be done. Unfortunately the list my little toy needs is long, but based on the quotes I know Shenis is THE place to take my Z4. Great people and great Service

The staff at Sheni's were friendly, helpful and attentive to details.After my service was completed, the engine light kept coming on. While this was seemingly unrelated to my original service, the faulty sensor was replaced with no additional labour cost and a reduced cost on the part. I will certainly return for any further service required.

I am absolutely appreciative to have found Sheni’s Auto-Trend. Thankfully, I happened upon this family owned and run shop after a google search for auto mechanics specializing in German cars. The reviews were glowing, so I decided to take a chance and bring in my 2015 Audi. I am so very glad that I did. Refreshingly the service I received was direct and honest. Surpassing in comparison to the avoidably expensive service and round about explanations that I had had been receiving from my dealership. The front of house team were kind and knowledgeable. I’ve already recommended Sheni’s Auto-Trend to friends and family who own European cars (old and new) and I will happily continue to do so.
