We have been utilizing Sheni's for decades and have always found their service to be attentive, professional, thorough and very reasonable. Their new facility,testing equipment and tech people do superb work and they deliver when and what they promise. We have our BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover and Smart vehicles all serviced here after their manufacturer warranty have lapsed as Sheni's will actually diagnose the situation not simply replace the entire assembly when there are other options for you. I had been having 1 very annoying issue with my N55 335i and just could not figure it out. So i finally caved and started to look for a shop that could help me out. I have always had trust issues when it comes to my car, all though it is nothing special. I had know about Sheni's for a very long time but had never taken my car there. I gave them a call about talked to Joseph i believe his name was and even in these hard times he started the experience off right. He squeezed me in all though they had shortened hours and limited techs. I went in was greeted by the Shop pup and adrean very professionally and energetic ( it was 9:30 in the morning) we went over what was going on with the car and i gave him the keeps and went about my day. had anxiety all day waiting for the call to hear your car is going to blow up. The call came in and adrean went over everything you found and what they could not find and what they have done with the time allowed. gave me some options on what to do next. walked in expecting the bill to be what i signed off on during drop off, only to find out it was less ! my wallet was laughing. we talked about a few things and about 2 hours after our conversation for what we had came to. the car is back to running its best. Long story short, the team at Sheni's is a great! and i will be for sure back to that shop ! Thanks Team Sheni!
