We have been a customer at Sheni's Auto-Trend for several years now, for servicing our X5. They are extremely trustworthy, both in workmanship and in their dealings. We don't feel worried about being oversold on unnecessary repairs or parts. Our experience has been of the highest order, and we have grown to trust their recommendations and work. They perform a complete examination of the vehicle periodically and would never recommend issues unless they are critical. Our 2009 X5 still runs and feel like new, with minimal maintenance bills. The group at Sheni's is always so helpful! I called them on a Friday afternoon because my poor car wouldn't start - Zahair (apologies for the poor spelling!) had some great suggestions and even suggested that if his ideas didn't work, I could call him on Saturday because, even though the garage is closed on Saturday, he was going to be there!! Service or what!! When I finally did get the car to the garage, they were very thorough and let me know what was happening every step of the way!

I've been going to Sheni's Auto-Trend for over 7 years now to have my BMW serviced. Through out all that time I have had exemplary service. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to answer questions and give guidance. I can't think of taking my car anywhere else. Most recently as my car is getting up there in miles Ii have taken to doing some small things like maintenance. They are always more than helpful and give advice. Can’t say enough about all that work there, from the staff at the front to the people in the back that work on the vehicles. A great, family owned business.

Completed service work on my BMW X3 that is now out of warranty. The front office staff are very personable, knowledgable and are genuinely interested in the vehicles and will provide clear answers to my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them. And my X3 has been a pleasure to drive again.
