The shop definitely knows how to do a proper work. I had requested to replace my brake pads of front and rear wheels. After checking the rotors, the remaining thickness of front rotors was close to the limit and suggested to replace as well. The rear rotors were ok to keep, which did save me a few bucks if they were replaced with the pads altogether as suggested by other shops. The replacement was done in two and half hours as estimated. After two weeks driving, neither noise nor shaking hasn't been sensed. The breaking is responding as usual. So the work is satisfactory.

My experience with Sheni's has always been good. The quotes have been precise and if there are any changes I get a call from Joe to explain what they are and asking for clearance to proceed. Granted, it's a different experience than Calgary BMW's service department, which I think is good, but the prices are always better and work just as professional.

I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs on their vehicle. They explain everything that needs to be done and keep you informed on the progress. Zuhair looked after me in a very professional manner and went out of his way to deal with my warranty company and make sure I was treated fairly. I will definitely be back.

Sheni's provides excellent service and trustworthy. Their prices are much lower than what you would pay at the dealer and their work is better quality. I would compare Sheni's to the old time doctor that would make house calls. We had to leave for an out of town trip with our Audi Q7 but the warning lights for our brakes came on. Even though they were very busy, Sheni's accessed and replaced our brakes with on the same day. You don't find that kind of service everyday.
