I brought my car in for a warrantee inspection. There were a number of minor items that needed attention on my car that I was going to bring up at a later date, but when I got the car back from the inspection, they had already made a bunch of adjustments and repairs (no charge) that most shops would have nickel and dimed me for. Now all of these little annoyances are fixed. Even though the items were small and didn't require parts, I was impressed they did this without me requesting it. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable regarding German made vehicles. Additionally very accommodating - I've dropped my car off twice on the way to work and they shuttle me to and from the nearest c-train station so I can get to and from work. Based on my few visits, I've been impressed by this shop. I will continue to bring my vehicle here. The shop rate is reasonable, and it use to be lower than the dealerships, but based on my recent research, the dealerships are starting to compete with shops like Sheni's by lowering their shop rate for vehicles off warrantee also.

The staff at Sheni's Auto-Trend are informative, detailed and caring. I purchased a Volvo from a dealer and took the vehicle for an oil change. They pointed out some areas that were issues which helped me recover some come satin from the dealer. In my opinion they have done a great job. I'll be returning for other work on my Volvo. Sheni's Auto doesn't only do BMWs, they work on all European cars. Best work in the city, always reliable and trust worthy advice. Had an oil change and control arm replaced on my car. Zuhair was very knowledgeable, from information on the part, too the total cost of the parts and labour. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend Sheni's to all my friends.
