I have an older BMW that I imported from the US and am so glad I was able to find Shenis!!! I have been taking all my BMWs to Sheni for over 25 years. I was very disappointed with the BMW dealer in Calgary at the time (T&T BMW) who continually mis-diagnosed a hesitation problem I was having with my 733. The dealer would guess at the problem, charge me and when it didn't work try their next guess (and yes they charged me). In frustration I tried Sheni and he found that the dealer had not correctly installed the distributor rotor after the last tune-up and that I didn't need the $1200 repair (which was the dealer's next guess). I've taken by cars there ever since. Every time I take a car in they also inspect it and give me a "heads up" about repairs I may need in future. I have always found Sheni, Zuhair (his son) and Jozef at the front desk to be honest and pleasant to deal with. If you want the old parts returned just ask. Sheni loves cars and knows his stuff. Give him a try.

Off the top, Sheni's s excels at what they do! You have to go there! The 02 540 overheated in Las Vegas (48 Deg. C) and the melted vent plug on the coolant reservoir dumped most of the coolant.on the strip. Luckily, managed to make it back to the Vegas Hotel at the right time of the day to call Sheni's here in Calgary. Sheni's son told me what parts and how much coolant to buy from BMW of Las Vegas and how to bleed the system of air when I recharged the coolant.. Their help saved me an expensive BMW of LV repair bill in US dollars and a rental car to continue the journey. When the car was overheating, the transmission wouldn't shift properly. It's high revs. added to the increasing temp. When I followed my friend's suggestion to turn off the AC, the temp when back to normal and the car started to shift normally again. The same shifting thing happens locally on hot days as well, just not to the same extreme and no overheat... When I got back to Calgary, phoned and Sheni picked up..Told him what I just mentioned above and instantly he said "glad you mentioned turning off the AC, looks like auxillary AC fan.issue" So, I deal with feedback in mechanical system for a living and needless to say was very impressed. Got the repair done and now even the AC works better!

I've been going to Sheni for 8 years now with all my BMWs. I trust his family and team more than any dealership. From normal servicing to repairs to full performance projects (like my supercharged 3 series), these guys live and breathe German cars and they are absolutely amazing at what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
