We brought a BMW X1 that had an Oil a pressure message come up on iDrive, and an engine light from Edmonton to Calgary. They gave an instant appointment right after father’s day weekend on a Monday morning bright and early. Great experience, they treat all of their customers with respect as far as what I went through and the others who I observed going in and out of the shop. These guys are BMW experts and they are honest and fast. Especially if you have an older model off mfg warranty and want to keep it in great shape. They can advise you what you need to do now, and also later. They also sell a very strong warranty program. Service is friendly and punctual. They don’t oversell but they catch stuff before small problems turn into big expensive ones. I have a 2011 550xi and they have saved me thousands of $$, and will keep this car in tip top shape for years to come.
